this clarification is in response to Mark Stone's question on chariot units
joined with a foot detachment. note it applies to many other cases of such
mixed bodies.

6.163 Canceled Charges (Pg 39). Add to end of second bullet before the period:
“, unless the front rank of the body is entirely mounted.”
