I have just been having a look at the NASAMW site, and in particular
at the results of past competitions.

I note that sometimes a player will have a fractional score, say 24.3
points or similar.

What does this reflect? Is there a handicap system, or a weighting
system in play in some tournaments.

I would appreciate any information available.
