Jon,
Is it possible to contact routers in a converted charge? Does the
converted charge stop them from taking their rout move?
If the answer is yes and the converted charge does stop their rout
move, do they still take 2 CPF for routing?

Yes.

Yes, if the combat that caused the converted charge happens before the router is
reached in the combat direction.

Yes. No 2FP from routing until they make a rout move again.
