Don, I recently changed my mind about texas-based rules questions. I'd like
them all on the group, please. Sorry if I did not get the word to you.
Command is under WAIT. It has a 2E IRR A 2HCW,SH 120p from a juicy target.
Can it charge? I say no per the WAIT section of the rules (no one has
received 2 CPF from prep yet, and no predefined signal was given). >>

No it cannot charge. Charges under WAIT can only follow 2CPF from prep
shooting. If the signal has not been given (and seen and it is the following
bound), then the body is still under WAIT.

BTW if a command is under HOLD "all other troops must be prompted to charge"
does this mean no charging unprompted at disordered bodies, charging
unprompted from beyond flank etc. We think thats exactly what it means. Are we
correct here?>>
