looking through the 15th July draft - I can see a need to tighten up the
deployment restrictions.

At present the term hypothetical boundary is employed, I'm assuming that the
intent is to prevent commands being interpolated unit by unit [if not then
IMo it should be] which it doesn't, I for one can draw a boundary that
allows for absolute interpolation of units that does not cross lines:

Ok the area shares this as a common boundary, but still enables me to
alternate units from different commands, without crossing lines.

I would propose a rephrase along the lines of "each command should fit into
a hypothetical rectangular area of no fixed depth or width". "The borders of
such areas may not cross".

Just a thought....reading rules at 3:00am does that for you!
