Hello- As a longtime lurker on this list, I would like to say that Tim's
proposal seems very sensible to me. I HATE flat felt terrain without
something to liven it up. How tough is it to bring a few trees to stick onto
your felt woods pieces, a bit of lichen for brush, some nice styrofoam hills,
a bit of cheap green polyester cloth to play on ? all these things are
simple, and add a lot. We should encourage them.-dave lauerman

I think we should look at one of the things the regional coordinator's pot of
money goes towards is terrain for preset tables at regional events.
