Yes. Note also that just being armed with a missile is not the definition
of missile troops. Those LI are not missile troops as defined by 2.23, so the
'who are missile troops' part of your second sentence above is incorrect
also.

I have been mulling this one over jon. I have looked closely at 2.23.

If the light infantry above are sling or bow armed then surely your answer
is incorrect.

I guess you are assuming that they are not, although the asker indicated
that they were by calling them missile troops.
