For those interested, I have just finished recovering most of the Q&A lost a
few weeks ago (that were to be added to the current FAQ v1.01). I will now
be editing the whole mess and sending it off to Jon. The new version 1.02
should be available by month end if all goes well.
Anyway...just an update.
