Probably being a bit dim but how do CinC's work out from the army lists. Is the
CinC a 2,3 or 4 element unit as per the top line of the list or is he an
independent element as per that top line which is therefore just another unit.
For instance, in the Parthian list is the CinC a) a 2E SHC unit, b) a 3E SHC
unit or c) a single element Irr B SHC ?
I'm still trying to persuade my regular DBM opponents to give this a go but the
big hang up is how long most games used to take under that other system that of
course bears no relation to this whatsoever.

All the FW CINC's are integral to the unit in the top line. The Parthian CINC,
for example, is a CINC integral to a 2E (only) unit of SHC.

the parent system 10 years ago. While he's a convert, our game only
took about 2 hours to complete.

Dear Jon,
We have a Fast Warrior comp coming up down here in Oz and I am seeking
some guidance on two points
1. Does a unit which is "off table" count towards the 4 Unit loss count
to end the game. Ie if a player has 3 units already broken and a forth
unit evades off table does that mean the game is over at the end of
that bound ?
2. If you are playing a single FW list for a tourny and that list has
"options" eg LMI or MI. Do you guys play that you have to stick to one
option for the duration of the tourny or can you select which troop
type to use on a game by game basis ?
Cheers,
Greg Preston

No. Shaken/broken/destroyed = lost for FW. I'll take a look at that when I
can and see if it is an issue but is has not in all our FW games.

Pick for the whole tourney. Unless of course the event organizer wants to do
it differently....
