On the FHE website Thematic & Maurikian Byzantines have a correction
adding a new troop type "Skutatoi Bowmen" Reg C MI B, Sh.

It seems fairly obvious, to me anyway, these should be in combined
units with Skutatoi. But, without the explicit statement in the army
list notes to the effect that they can indeed be combined it is my
understanding this is not legal.

Is this what is indeed intended? Any chance of fixing it if so
(that's the way I'd play them rather than faking it with
the "Psiloi" Reg D LMI B, Sh detachment at Historicon if it gets the
okay).
