Warrior Ancient and Medieval Rules

With the 9/11 situation changing airline travel, what are the group
members doing for figure transport? Specifically for both 15/25
scales as I think they each have their own challenges. The last time
I went to Historicon, I brought a metal toolbox with multiple drawers
for my 15's. I was able to bring 2 armies. I am worried that my next
plane trip will cause some problems. Many of my figures have had
their pikes replaced with pins.

Once I have some 25's, I think this could even be a bigger issue. Any
thoughts?
