You need to decide what priority to allocate to three competing
interests: display, compact storage, and transport.
Figures on display need to be picked & packed every time you use
them; but if you habitually "hand select" the figures you need for
away games, it doesn't matter.
Compact storage containers can be made to fit into a transport box,
so you just grab the boxes housing the army you need. But you want
each storage container to be magnetic so they don't slide around in
transit.

The price of freedom is infernal vigilantes
Mr RHEA, of Tennessee, said...he believed it a correct principle that
all the militia should be armed under a Republican government. One
of the objects of such a Government was, that the people should have
arms in their hands; and those who legislate for them should take
every possible means to effect that object. For the want of arms
being in the hands of the people of the nations of Europe, their
liberty was lost. (Dec 1807)
