List,
Going back to an old thread, I like fog of war. I like trying
(within the rules and general sense of sportsmanship) to attempt to
confuse or mislead my opponent. My understanding of history suggests
that this was an essential part of ancient warfare. And I applaud the
many devious opponents I have faced...

So....
14.41 "If asked, a player must indicate how many scouting points
are not visible after both armies have deployed."

If I have "sold" some of my scouting points for TFs, must I say
so? Or can I leave my opponent to figure that out?

If I dismount some huge body of LCh, are those scouting points
"visible?" Especially if I correctly represent them with dismounts in
the rear, so that he can figure it out?

Chris Cameron

Yes, you must.

I am working on the section on what must be declared, and it is pretty much
everything.
