Derek,
I replied to the email to tell everyone I would love to. Again my email was
rejected. I have read-only privileges. I was told this is because they
don't want secondary people contributing emails to the group. There have been
several times when I would have liked to clear something up, such as the fight
they were having a couple of years ago with the Baton Rouge guys about who had
the earlier tournament. Someone even said "We should ask Kruse". But I
couldn't reply. Sorry, I'm through venting.
Anyway, I would be happy to write an article about the early days. The only
thing that gives me pause is I am afraid I won't remember some of the people
who helped me start the society. I don't want to leave anyone out.
