We have the Fifth Horseman program for things like that. A description of
the program is in the files section.

As far as events not run by a Fifth Horseman, I'll defer to Jake. I can tell
you we don't have a lot of extra money lying around.

NASAMW Regional Coordinators have funds that you can tap into also.
