We looked again at upgrades that start "1/2 - all" and find that the same
principal applies. Half still means half. If you bought 7E of something with a
"1/2 - all" upgrade, then you would have to upgrade at least 4E, since fewer
than that is not "1/2." We'll plan to use some examples with an odd number of
elements next time, to eliminate any uncertainty on the point. Incidentally,
this also means that in the very rare instances where a body has to be ½ x and ½
y, you can't have an odd number of elements. And anytime "half doesn't always
mean half", the rules spell that out, thus, if you don't see it spelled out,
half still means half.
