More importantly, how they are painted without going blind using tiny
brushes to make tiny lines, flowers, dots, starts...

The quality of the paint is critical; its gotta flow off the tiny
brush without running, and the brush needs to be "loadable" to hold
enough paint for several strokes before recharging, but still hold a
find point.

Recently I've been using Golden flow enhancer and it does wonders
even on cheap-o hobby paints.

Finishing up my Partha Medians today; next up are some OG Persian cavalry.

Looking for a good base color that I can wash with different shades
to yield a variety of bays/chestnuts.

Acra Gold is a nice translucent wash, but my tube is old & gummy.
Have to see if the Golden flow enhancer can bring it back to life...
