I am shocked that this counts as a 53 figure unit (I would count as 3Cool.
Obviously the transport elements are counting in the number of figures. I do
not remember seeing this in the rules (therefore could be wrong). Where this
is leading is a CinC that becomes a wagon unit (Communal Italian) due to
sacred standard counts as what? I assumed 3 figures, but if counting
transport, then should count as 5 or maybe even 8. And what happens with
Naval Warrior (whatever called), do the transports add to the unit size, a 4
element LMI unit on boats counts as 36 figures until disembarks? I assumed
the transport elements counted as mount (making mounted infantry), get the
movement and protection without the benefit of more figures.

Please correct my logic.

All transport elements count as 5 for cpf.
Integral transport (which is what the carrocio is) does not have a separate
existence. See 13.311. The CINC stays EHK.

There is no 'Naval Warrior' yet, so I can't answer the other question.
