Fellow Warriors
I have just placed a document in the files section labeled 'In Terrain 1203'.
This is the draft of our umpire's guide to what counts as 'in terrain' for
all rules purposes.

My intent is to have this finalized before Cold Wars, so please play with it
and send in comments. By the end of Feb I will incorporate any changes we
feel necessary and then make it official.

Don - note this is not the same method I drafted originally and you commented
on - it did not stand up.

Greg - I do listen.... :)

Roll up and win!
Jon
