I'm a bit concerned by this Jon. Its been my experience in any
number of tournaments as both a judge and participant that the intent
of the rules has little or no place compared to whats written in
black and white in the rules and errata. As the judges as most
tourneys don't have any insight as to the game designers intent their
rulings have to be based on what's written, not whats intended.

To then include a couple of tourneys where intent is taken into
consideration is an unfair advantage to those who happen to have an
insight of what's intended by the rules, especially if whats intended
disagrees with what's written.

Have fun!
Cole
