Jon,
I was just musing over an army list and had an interesting
thought. Say one is playing in a tournament, we'll say historicon
for instance, and you get creamed 5-0 in the game. After the game
you find out your opponent's list was over by 1 or more points.
Question: Does the fact that your opponent was over his points
minimum give you a point making the round a 5-1 instead of a 5-0?
Kelly

Kelly, Jon probably won't answer this question as it is a tournament
question and Scott handles NASAMW "stuff", Jon sticks to
Warrior "stuff".
So, I'd ask Scott if you want an answer,
Mike

Mike's right - can't answer this one, it's a NASAMW issue, not an FHE one and I
have learned that my original policy of keeping those entirely separate is
really best.
What would I do in a local event? If it were, in my opinion, an honest mistake,
I'd let it go. If I thought it was cheating, I'd boot him and probably adjust
his opponent's score, but that last would be highly situational.

Thanks Jon,
I really didn't mean to say the player that was over by one point would be
cheating. What I mean to say is that the player that is over is legally over 1
or within the cheapest element over. Would that consitute his opponent getting
at least 1 point even if he killed nothing - - in tournaments that you would
hypothetically run?

Jon,
A list writing question. Lists are allowed to be over by less than
the cost of the cheapest unit in the list.
If a list has a line for Irr C LI @ 4 points per stand and that LI is
downgradable to Irr D LI @ 2 points per stand, which is the list cost
limit, the Irr C @ 4 points (the standard list entry) or the
downgrade Irr D LI @ 2 points?
Thanks, Charles

Irr D at 2 points.
