My first sentance is no longer correct. Jon has changed it to in sight
now, rather than HTH. However the impact of this is minimal. Your
second wave will just have to stop marching at 240p (even if screened).
This is not a cramping effect for the reasons I cited above. In fact I
like his change even better.

Don: aha, you caught it.
Note that I have heard that long ago some guys played known = visible and
marched guys right up behind screeners and charged, but it has not been this
way in NASAMW since 1988 (when I started playing). We looked at it, but that
would have been a huge unplaytested change and counter to our philosophy of
the march rule in any case.
