Warriors,

1. I have just reviewed the print-ready copy of the rules in .pdf
format. I must say, for what it is worth, I am VERY pleased. Now,
if we just had a damn cover....

2. The first couple of x-rules are in the files section and have
been for some time, but have generated no discussion. What's up with
that?

3. I am about to start cleaning up the files section to make ready
for support to the published rule book.
-if you absolutely must have the quite incorrect July draft while you
wait the short time it will take to get the rules printed, download
it now. I will be removing it shortly.
-the diagram 'pivot charge #1' has some errors in it. I don't want
to delete someone else's work, but I also don't want any confusion.
could the author please remove that file?
-the other diagrams are either correct, or are just diagrams without
text/issues so I see no reason not to leave them in case we need them
for something.

4. We have 206 members (including, by my count, 3 women!). Let's
keep that growth steady.

5. I plan to start working on Campaign Warrior and Fantasy Warrior
simultaneously. There will be a file soon on playtest stuff for
each.

Jon

Idea for a cover:

Nice glossy color photo of Russell Crowe from opening battle sequence of the
motion picture "Gladiator," with following caption:

"I am Litigius Contentius Maximus, Unfrozen Centurion-Lawyer of the 7th Edition,
and 'Warrior' IS my revenge."

Jon,

The angled charge ppt file is mine but I cannot delete it. Are you
able to do so? If so, please go ahead. This was originally posted
when you asked about the best way to handle angled charges way back
when. I did delete my "pivot charge aftermath" ppt slides. If you
would like them reposted, just let me know.

Cheers
