Get close and hunt down bow armed LC! Mark>>
The issue with LC JLS only is that LC B (or any missile troop) can shoot
them to a recall. there are ways to deal with this.

If you have access to Irr B LC, take the waver. You can fail on a '1', but
you can often derail the other guy's plan with this - when he expects the
recall instead and is now faced with LC that can beat his and in a position to
charge and catch.

More reliable is to pair the LC JLS with a loose or open order foot missile
troop. The foot troop drags most or all of the enemy LC fire onto it and
should even put the enemy LC in the recall situation. *Then* charge with your
own LC.
