btw looking at this in light of Frank's list two other nits showed up.

Upgrade foot to Reg for LMI/LHI is not 7 pts for both cases as one
way you are adding a LMI fig and the other you are adding a LHI fig.
Noticed this looking at the HG's when the points came out funny.

Upgrade bowmen to Reg D is not the same points for LI and LMI. It is
0 for LI and adding another fig for LMI. Unless, of course, this only
applies to LI? But that is not what the list says. Furthermore, if
those bowmen have JLS or 2HCW then it would also vary how many points
are added by the extra figure.

Lith mercs (main list, not cav in the sub-period) extra to give...
says HC/MC but they can not be HC only MC.

That is all I found, plus the whole issues about the 0-1/2
applicability across troops types for Reg upgrades which Frank and
Jon brought up. I.e. are the limits applicable to troop types which
do not get to upgrade and what is the distinction, if any,
between "bowmen" and "archers" (the latter also applying to main list
option to give 2HCW or JLS).
