I have a query about this list.

There are troops in this list described as Irr E LI, yet under the
rules I understand that Irr E are always loose order and based in a
particular way.

What is the correct position with respect to E's in general and with
the Maccabean Jewish list in particular? Do the LI need to be upgraded
to a higher morale (as is available) if they want to stay LI?
