If I sell mercenaries (AP) to another player that is lower than my army
minimums, then that player must purchase most different troop types that
will meet the most army list minimums.>>

There is no question mark here, but I'll do my best to figure otu what you
are asking....

10.32 says:
"Mercenary AP are recorded as being from the originating player. "
Ok, so you traded someone some 'Harlan AP' - no prob.

"When mercenary AP are converted into troops, they are purchased from the
original army list."
This means your army list.

"Mercenary AP cannot be spent on non-minimum troops unless all minima from
that army list are satisfied."
The guy who know owns the 'Harlan AP' you traded him can't buy anything off
your list that isn't a part of a minimum unless he has bought ALL the minimum
elements on the list.

He doesn't have to buy 'most different troop types' - he just *can't* buy
anything that isn't a minimum until and unless he has bought ALL the minimum
elements.

<<2. Create Warrior Armies from Force Available (6.23) - Low Point Armies

Same basic question as above, a player must purchase most different troop
types that will meet the most army list minimums.>>

I still don't know what 'most different troop types' means, but yes, the guy
buying a low point army has to buy from each of the minima elements until he
has met all of them. For example, let's say a guy's list has two minima
besides the CINC: 4-10 militia infantry and 2-6 light cav.

Under Low Point Armies
· Purchase only troops that have a minimum requirement
· Meet as many minimums as possible with the AP available
· Purchase only the minimum requirement of each troop type if any
minimum not met
Under bullet 1, he can only buy light cav and militia.
Under bullet 2, if he can get the minimum LC met but not the 4 militia, he
has to buy the 2LC first.
Under Bullet 3, he has to get the four militia elements and the 2 light cav
before he can buy a 5th militia or a third light cav.

<<3. Mercenaries (10.32) CinC

Are you required to purchase the CinC (as part of the mercenaries minimums)
or SG (not part of the mercenaries minimums) to command Mercenaries as a
separate commander or can the troops be integrated into the players existing
commands.>>

As CINCs are always a minimum, you have to buy a CINC for the merc AP unless
there are so few AP the low point army rule applies.

1.5 will make the 'cinc' of a merc command an ally general, and you can start
playing it that way if you like.
