Jon,
I would like to apologize on behalf of the San Antonio contingent for
one of our member's inability to read a rule book and for the
constant questions they post regarding issues that were settled last
week (at least the other members of the campaign thought so). Please
do not think less of our silent majority due to the squeaky wheel.
Unfortunately, the wonderful "No Child Left Behind" program supported
by the President of the United States and federal government is not
retroactive. :>)
Humbly,
Duane
