In several place the rules call for players to write things down, but
in actual practice I see players using chits. Since I'm stil
absorbing the rules, what markers do people use- ie, "disordered,"
"unsteady," "uneasey" etc.

Markers such as "1st prompted charge," "2nd prompted charge," and
"unprompted charge" come to mind as being useful to eliminate writing.

There is a guy here in DFW that makes Warrior counter sheets. Pirce is I
can not remember (around $10). They contain 2 different disorder (close
order and other), shaken, broken, tired, exhausted, skirmish, halt, rally,
and recall. I included Geprge on this email if you guys want to email him
privately. We use these counters every game, and love them. They are
great.

As far as charges we do write these down prior to declaration. We have a
"free" charge box on our turn sheet that we check off when the first free
charge becomes available (whether it is used or not).

Doug,
I raided my daughters bead collection which we got from Walmart.
They make small white beads with black lettering which she used with
her friends to make necklaces and other string jewlery. I pulled out
all the "B", "S", "R", "D", beads. They serve well for Broken,
Shaken, Routing and disorder markers. I have seen bags of these
beads for sale at both Walmart and Hobby Lobby. Not to expensive.
For Fatigue markers I use small doghnuts, about 4-5mm in
diameter. I think these are used for knitting or something. I found
these at the Walmart craft section. I spray painted 1/2 brown for H-
T-H fatigue and 1/2 green for shooting fatigue.

PS....I asked my daughter first....:)

We have a box for each unit each bound. We write down prompted charges and
designate a priority order in case the minutes run thin.
