Warrior Ancient and Medieval Rules

Not FW, but Biblical Warrior Ancient Hebrew list this time.
There are several discrete line items for shieldless Benjaminite and Issacharian
infantry. There is an upgrade which says "Extra to give Benjaminites _OR_
Issacharians shields.........all/none"
Ordinarilly, I would assume that an upgrade to the Issacharians would mean that
the Benjaminites would also require shields. But the _or_ makes me hesitate.
Can I give the Issacharians shields, without having to give them to the
Benjaminites? Naturally, giving Benjaminite slingers shields requires giving
them to the archers and bowmen also.

" approach, where appropriate in subsequent list books. If you see this anywh
ere else, assume "or" means "and/or".
