Warrior Ancient and Medieval Rules

What about Rush orders

Stick your CinC as Rash and stick him on Attack orders
Is that allowed as he then fails and rolls up and goes onto Rush

Are Prompted charges required under Rush and if not then just push
the other army off the board ??????
