Jon, no problem. I was going to reask as I thought you might have
missed it -- my fault for tacking it in where I did.

I ask because, relevent to the TF questions, if TF is placed as if a
piece of terrain then it seems that I could superimpose TF on allowed
terrain types.
If I can superimpose TF on allowed terrain types then I might also be
able to not match the original footprint and extend the TF somewhat
outside the border of the first terrain piece.
If that is possible, then I might be able to bridge a gap between
terrain pieces that are otherwise legally placed.
