I concur, Larry. But if a player here has a good idea that I could take to
the EC, it's fine with me if it is discussed here.

(LE) Jon, thanks for your perspective on this.

I tend to agree with Boyd a bit on this matter (that is really scary
since it is well known that he and I don't agree on anything -- at
least in the political arena) and don't really want to turn your board
into a political one. For those interested in the ongoing political
discussions I recommend that they subscribe to the NorthAmericanDBM
list. Again, that location is
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/NorthAmericanDBM/.

I had been lurking here for a short while to see if the political
discussion came up, and so responded to Tim's question. I will
continue to lurk, but won't enter into campaigning or politics unless
others bring things up.

Well, I might post some information if I make the final decision to
run for office, but likely even then just a link to other locations.

I think you have a good group going here and it shouldn't get derailed
by NASAMW politics.

Larry

I personally would prefer Larry return to the fold and become a
Warrior contender again rather than politician. It would be nice to
see, finally, a dedicated Punic gamer again. :)

Just to goad Larry a bit, I just won Derekcon. Now I will be at
Seige of Augusta next year to win again with the same "marginal"
army. Too bad you won't be participating in 25mm Warrior there, as I
guess it will be between me, Ambrose, Chris and Derek to claim the
crown.

Of course if you still need further taunting, I'll even run my Irreg
A LMI as sheildless....and still win! Ever seen the fury of crazed
IrgA LMI B charging elephants frontally? I have, and I won dispite
it! ;)

Wanax
PS-the odd thing is that on two separate list lately Larry and I have
agreed on everything. Could be signalling the end of the world...
