While I quite disagree with both Mike's understanding of the game's mechanics in
some cases and how they are translating what happens in real life to the game
table, I also think it very appropriate to let this thread run. Not only in the
name of free discussion, but also because sometimes we suffer from a limited
view of what works and doesn't work in Warrior based on tourney/points games.
You can't draw a conclusion about history from a points game, especially an open
format points game....but that is another debate for another time.

Mike, after this thread goes on a while, I'll send you an offline about where I
think you might be missing a few things about the Warrior system.

Although I do think this is a good thread and am interested in where it goes, I
do NOT want people to either overreact to Warrior-bashing (Mike's opinion is as
valid as anyone's...) or to cast anyone else's game system in a negative light.
Other than that - carry on!
