Dear Warriors,

I have uploaded the file "Warrior Reference Sheet v0.3.pdf" for your
use and comments.

It includes:
* Detailed annotated sequence of play mechanics.
* Quick reference tables on frequently-checked items such as Orders,
Unease, Disorder, Fatigue, Ranks Fighting and more.
* Rules Section number cross references for convenience.

This information-packed draft file is located in a new folder in
Files that Jon has created called "NEW PLAYER'S FOLDER" because
newer players are those most in need of a detailed quick reference
as they climb the learning curve of this sophisticated game,
although to me the game seem a bit simpler when outlined on a single
page.

The purpose of this file is to enable less expert players to play
the game without being bogged down in frequent rule book checks,
though the cross-references make those checks easier (suggest any
additional section references needed).

I ask the experts to please review this sheet for any items which
might be unclear or in error to a newer player.

A comprehensive terrain effects chart will need to be on a separate
page due to lack of space on this single page. This is a Letter-
size pdf file in a small but readable "telephone book" font (if I
can read it, most people can), but blows up nicely on 8.5x17 paper.

I have tried to make it accurate in all details, but your comments
and corrections are what will make it so. Once it is, FHE may adapt
this for development of the new official play aids.

Thanks,

Mike

Mike,

One of the things I/we are looking at is tying in the
updated Combat chart to it as well, and making it a
Front/Back sort of sheet.

The wife and I should have something ready for
everyones perusal by Sunday Night. The nice thing is,
as a non-Warrior player she is going to do her best to
arrange it with what makes the best sense to her, and
then incorporate all the feedback into it.

I would think that in a coupl of weeks time we could
have it all finalized.

It's great work though. You obviously have a lot more
patience doing that in Word than I would have...

Todd
