Warrior Ancient and Medieval Rules

Greetings Horsemen,

My question deals with ratios for the Kontaratoi Menaulatoi.
Let's just say I choose to go crazy and purchase all 24 elements of
Kontaratoi. As per page 4 of the Holy Warrior list rules, I must do
this if I wish to upgrade these troops to Menaulatoi(Reg B with P or
HTW,SH). So, I purchase all 24 elements of Kontaratoi as per the
rules given. of the 24 elements I purchased I have 16 elements of
spear armed troops (2/3), and 8 elements of bow armed (1/3). Next, I
choose to upgrade 1/3 of the spear as is my option, to pike making
two units of 4 elements. leaving me with 8 elements of LTS, Sh and 8
elements of B, sh. With the numbers given for the skutatoi how do I
satisfy the 2/3 LTS,SH/1/3 B,SH?

If the list were to be given 2 more elements would this satisfy
the problem? How does this work? Can you please help me? I would be
very happy if Scott could help me out here, but would be equally
happy if any of the Horsemen choose to answer as well. Thanks in
advance for you clarification. :P
