Quick obstacle questions:
Wagon Largers, Palisaes, and Ditched Palisades all count as obstacles, but
could you please clarify:
What combat bonuses they get (esp. the ditched palisade) and the specifics
of placement?
I read the rules, but am still a bit unclear!

Combat bonuses for TFs are in 12.324.
Placement is in 14.33 and 14.43.
