I am normally a very reasonable person, but this has me really fried. I
purchase arouns 1K$ worth of toys a year and most come from Old Glory 15mm
types. Ancients, SYW and WWII. I ordered some figures that were on sale on
February 22d. Yesterday I sent an email to inquire on the status of the order.

I was informed that OG now was not going to fill ANY orders taken until after
the 20th of March due to their need to restock for the convention coming up.
So, I contacted OG Customer Service to ask about it. I asked why they were
going to sell my toys at the convention when they had taken my money back in Feb
and were going to have me wait 6 weeks to get my product. I recieved the reply
below ---

"Claudia, Just ignore it and if he writes back just let him call me here and i
will handle him. Russ" So much for their vaunted "Customer Service". I get
better treatment dfrom my doctor who sends the x-rays to India to be reviewed.
At least when I call, I get someone, not threats.

You have to decide on your own, but I think that an email to OG customer
service deserves a reply that explains the situation, not the threat implied
here.

I would ask that if you find this to be a questionable business practise, that
you email them at service@... and let them know how you feel
about them. Thanks, Mark Reed
