So then why not play 1610 pt games?. Yes, i know, because then you
would need 1615 to make your perfect list balance out.
Speaking as an outsider, this just strikes me as a silly thing to be
making such a fuss about, as it has for the last 20 years.
I never understood where the '1 element over' came from, penalising
cheap armies. I suppose you could make it 'up to the single most
expensive element available in the game', and actually play 1648 pt
games or something to have a 1600 pt game. But the point stull escapes
me. Tom
