If it matters to you, please take a moment and go to the egroup and ensure it
lists your correct name in the members section. If its blank or just a first
name, I can't list you in the book.

For those of you who have done something or sent me something more than email
to the group (guys like Don, Doug, Greg, Jevon, Harlan, Paul, Robert, Phil,
Jamie, Eric, etc.) this is especially important. Please also send me an
email directly (joncleaves@...) that reminds me what you sent, because:
1. I want to make sure I have reviewed it.
2. I want to give you a special level of credit in the rule book.
