All--

An assist here. I've corrupted---I mean convinced---one of my State
Department colleagues to give miniatures--specifically Warrior--a try once
he returns to DC. I've not been able to start him on the path due to the
lack of miniature lead here in Damascus.

Nate's email is above. Ask that those DC addresses CCed on this message
drop him a note in August.

You'll find him a bright and capable beginner. Fair warning--his
personality tilts him toward the Gaul/Viking armies for a start.

Fair warning to Nate---don't let Eric's children touch the dice.

Best to all,

Hope to see you all at Historicon 2003, can't make it this year.

Tim Grimmett

A state guy who is both a "good guy" and wants to try warrior? Where does
the smart part fit in??? We'll make sure we get him going in August. Please
give him my home number/email and ask him to get in touch when he gets home.
Regards, Scott.
