0 paces. Even if it physically can't move due to a body or terrain, the
player may choose recall. The body is now in a mandatory rally and must choose
evade as a charge response, even though it will not go far (or anywhere).
This is a real bad way to be....lol

I have a question about the application of rule 11.1 and how it
relates to troops recieving 2 CPF from PREP shooting dot point
one "If troops in skirmish formation or light troops , make a recall
move unless......"
(A) How far must the unit choosing to recall be able to move?
(B) For example a LC unit chooses to recall and has a unit of MI
directly to its rear blocking its path so that will not be able to
move it full recall distance. Does the LC have to waver test?
(C) Same situation as (B) but this time the LC is in base to base
contact with the MI and can not move at all. Does it have to waver
test?
(D Specifically how far must the unit that chooses to recall be able
to move in order to have the opion of avoiding the waver test?
Thank you John
