Tell you a secret Ewan:

The more information on playing Warrior successfully
that is transmitted to list members here, the more it
will result in more recruiting off list, more interest
in playing more armies by current list members, and
better challenges for people like yourself who
typically steamroll all us patzers.

What makes DBM so strong worldwide is their list
members are constantly sharing information on every
aspect of the game. So much so that the same
information now cycles over and over as new people pop
in. The advantage between the list players and
non-list DBMer was vast even in my days of the
earliest DBM versions.

Warrior should used this tactic and capitalize upon
it. If for no other reason than Warrior is more
complex to learn and master than DBM.

I agree with Boyd.

The recent posts in response to my whining about my own bad play have been very,
very interesting and useful.

I hope such postings continue.

Maybe I'm just in a bad mood today, but the list today has an
extraordinarily high volume of stuff that I perceive as grognard
inspeak. Certain grognards seem to have way too much time on their
hands to create long threads WRT tournament oriented esoterica.

Perhaps there should be a second list devoted to 'high level' play.

The "EIR vs Lance" thread is so long as to be incomprehensible;
especially when some replies don't bother to quote the material they
are replying to. Why people seem to think that they are in a one on
one discussion that will be read in a chronologically linear fashion
is a mystery to me.
