This is really me trying to optimize a unit, but the lesson will serve me when
I'm interpreting lists in general.
In the Han List early period;
For Southern Tribesmen, the list says Irr A LMI 2HCW or JLS, Sh

So does that mean that some elements in the unit can be 2HCW and others JLS, or
can I only have one weapon type in the unit?
Since 2HCW only fights in the first rank, it seems to me that the ideal
situation is to give the second rank JLS, but perhaps the list does not allow
this. I'm not sure how I should be reading the syntax.


Also, if I choose the 2HCW, do they get the Sh?
