Jon,

Skirmish or lights choose recall after being prep shot for 2. At End Phase when
they are moved, it is not possible to fully make the required move due to other
troops being in such a position that those making the recall can not move past,
or legally interpentrate, the blocking troops.

Do these now test waver as they did not make a compleate recall?

If they do not test in the above, what if they were shot for 3 and disorder?

Thanks,

Ed

Two rules apply here:

11.1 (next to last sentence) is the general case: "If a body that has made a
decision about an action as a result of prep shooting is later UNAVOIDABLY
prevented from performing the instruction, it still must take a waver test at
the
moment it becomes apparent it cannot follow through with the decision."

Also there is a clarification that helps here:

11.1 (Pg 73) If an eligible body can choose to recall under this case but the
recall move would place it closer to an enemy body, it takes a waver test
instead.

they would test if they were already disordered and became disordered again
by combat, in this case shooting.
