I wanted to comment on retirements. It says that you can not get coser
to any enemy within 240p. What if you start a retirement from 245p and
retire right on in? LC could wind up 45p from the enemy at the end of
retirements. We do not play that way here. We do not allow retirements
to END within 240p of enemy either. Some wording to that effect in the
rules seems in order.

You could argue with the current wording that as that body at 245p
retires in, at the 240p mark he must stop. I would just like to see
more clear wording to this effect.
