Hello Jon ....

Would is be possible to eliminate the word "shoulder" and replace it with
what you really mean here, like side base edge and any base edge or
whatever? I'm sure the NASAMW group has some sort of system derived from
rulings in tournaments, but imagine it from the point of veiw of people who
have not attended NASAMW tournaments. The term shoulder is so loose. I know
at our last tournament, guys (of which I was one) were actually touching
their shoulder to show each other that a shoulder is on the side, or that
every shoulder has a front and back .... lolol

I think you get where I'm going here, just eliminate shoulder and tell us
EXACTLY what you mean, :-)

Shoulder will die. I should not have left it in there. What the two things
that make a gap will be defined much more clearly.

Note to all: I am still on vacation and will only be responding to the
egroup sporadically. I'll be back 14 August and will be much more thorough
then. Keep those cards and letters coming.
