I have finally returned to the rules 'full time' after a long break of just
keeping them on simmer. My plan (which is certain not to survive contact
with the enemy) is to have these to Jake by mid-May for publication at H-con.

I am now aiming to get the 1.0 to 6.0 rewrite to our beta editors in a week
or two. Then the same for 7.0 to 18.0.

Just thought you all should know.
