Scott,

Regarding the list for Swiss pike/2HCT ratios, if a Swiss pike charge is to be
considered equivalent at first contact of other P of the peroid, should not the
ratio of pike/2HCT be "up to 4/5 pike / 1/5 2HCT? This would allow for 4 ranks
of P and 1 rank of 2HCT.
