Jon,

This occurred to me during Cold Wars, not that it would have changed anything in
my games:

Do you get to count the LI on the base of elephants and/or chariots for scouting
points? After all, they are a stand of LI you've purchased; just not a separate
stand.

That is an element of Elephants, which do not produce scouting points.
